"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable y atento. Las fotos del lugar no corresponde a la realidad, el cuarto donde estuvimos era muy viejo, olía muchísimo a humedad, las cortinas no servían y no podamos subirlas, estaba obscuro todo el cuarto, tenía muy poca luz, el sofá cama estaba muy incómodo, un día no hicieron el aseo del cuarto y no dieron ninguna explicación, también quisimos pagar una parte en efectivo y no lo aceptaron."

"Upgraded room was clean but small corner room. Nice view. Rooftop bar was nice but a little expensive... Staff was very nice and spoke to us every time!"

"The hotel has a dance club on the 14th floor and for certain events the music can be extremely loud to the point where the bass shakes the upper floor rooms. It is loud enough at those times that it is very difficult to sleep."

"Front desk staff were wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel had many renovations going on that we were not made aware of during booking. We booked the hotel for the connivence of on site social club and bar, but unfortunately the club was under renovation and not open and the restaurant/bar was closing so they had little to no alcohol to be served as they were only serving what they had left. Wish we were aware of renovations before hand as we would not have booked not...

"TVs didn’t work !!!"

"Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better."
