"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Location was excellent kitty corner to Beacon Hill Park and a block from the rear of the Empress Hotel and two blocks from the Inner Harbour. the hotel was clean, our bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. The parking at $10 per day was more than reasonable but it is tight. The only thing on a negative slant would be that it is not sound proof but overall that really would not stop us from a second stay"

"The heritage building had so much character. We loved the unique decor. The room was charming, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, the abundance of towels, and the comfy robes. The breakfast was delicious and high quality, made fresh in front of our eyes, and the service was so friendly and kind. We'll recommend and return!"

"He was very helpful. He accommodated us early even though I gave him short notice. Very helpful staff. Location was great, because it was very close to my favorite tea shop "Murchie's". The place was so clean and free laundry was great to have. I will rebook this place again when I am visiting Victoria."
