"Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites."

"We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. "

"Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Was uns gestört hat war das die Kinder sich einen langen Zimmercode und Gebäudecode merken mussten um wieder ins Gebäude und uns Zimmer zu kommen wenn sie mal zur Hüpfburg wollten."

"The staff was great but the room was horrible. It had been regularly and recently smoked in and the whole room was so stinky it made us sick in the first few minutes. This is a deal for truckers and some labor workers but not for tourists. "

"We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price of €110 per night. The room was dirty, old, badly isolated, and honestly gave us the feeling of being in a jail cell. There was no TV, the furniture and interior were outdated, and everything smelled old and unpleasant. The breakfast was even worse — the bread was so hard it was difficult to bite, and none of the products seemed fresh. I was alone with my two children, otherwise I would have...

"The guesthouse had been lovingly restored to provide two guest rooms and a small living area. Delphine the host was delightful she was very helpful and informative. The breakfast was delicious. Would certainly recommend to other travellers. "
