Fantastic stay

Fantastic B&B in a lovely quiet area. The garden and surrounds were lovely, the room was perfect and the whole place felt so welcoming, especially our Host Hilde. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect place to stay

Honestly this was the best B&B I have ever stayed in - the host was fabulous, the location was excellent, as were the facilities in terms of accessibility, comfort and welcomeness. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay and the whole place to ourselves. Amazing breakfast. Convenient and easy parking. Obviously newly furnished. Lovely owners who made check in and check out really straightforward. Although we did not travel with a baby or young children, this is clearly a suitable property for families. Would stay here again.

Hilde is an excellent host at this wonderful B&B! She accommodated a late check-in for coming out of town, and was very helpful on providing info on local attractions. The room was nicely renovated in warm wood tones, spacious, and relaxing, as well as an ensuite bathroom with large shower and all basic necessities provided. Hilde also accommodated an extra early start the next day by having breakfast earlier than usual, which had lots of variety and was delicious. This B&B is perfectly located for those interested in visiting battlefield and local sites of WWI history. I highly recommend t Hooghe Licht Bed & Breakfast if you are visiting the area.

We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend.

Beste b&b ever

Hilde heeft ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen en een rondleiding gegeven.De kamers waren kraaknet met heel goede matras en kussens.De badkamer had een prima regendouche en voozien van alle comfort zoals douchegel..shampoo..bodylotion..tandpasta en tandenbortsel..scheergerief.Ook koffie en thee op de kamer.. Het ontbijt was geweldig !!!vers geperst fruitsap. Eieren naar eigen wens..broodjes..vlees..kaas.choco..peperkoek en zoveel meer !!!! Hilde het was fantastisch!! Dikke merci..johan en Micheline

Ruhige saubere Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wunderschön renoviertes Badezimmer mit sehr großer Regendusche mit zusätzlicher Brause. Schreibtisch und Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Zimmer. Garderobe und Stellplatz für den Koffer vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Großartiges Frühstück wird zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit serviert. Kühlschrank mit kostenpflichtigen Getränken in gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden.

Fijne B&B, zeer vriendelijke uitbaatster. De kamers zijn klassiek ingericht en kraaknet. Het ontbijt is zeer verzorgd en lekker. Het enige minpunt is dat deze B&B gelegen is langs een baan waardoor er wel wat straatlawaai is.

Fantastiskt!

Fantastiskt trevligt ställe där vi tyvärr bara stannade en natt. Trevlig gård på baksidan som vi hann utnyttja en del. Staden Ieper ligger inte långt ifrån (10 min) och är väl värd ett besök. Missa inte frukosten! Våra barn var väldigt förtjusta i denna pärla!
