She even upgraded our room and offered us refreshments. The whole building is charming, with tasteful decor. "The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money."

"The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended."
