Wonderful hotel

We had an enjoyable relaxing 3 night stay. Comfortable rooms with a lovely breakfast. Excellent friendly welcoming service. Call from Jo earlier in the day to say our room was ready was very appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay

Had such an amazing stay that we are planning to rebook in a few weeks! Such a warm welcome, allowed to check in early because our room was ready. Beautifully decorated room, spotless with such a comfy bed! The Owners couldn't do enough for us. There was a 'things' box on the landing which was such a brilliant touch! Breakfast was amazing! 5 stars all the way for this B and B

Brilliant location

Lovely guest house, stayed in room 2, little things need looking at in the bathroom ie metal joining trim needs trimming off at the top, maybe new door frame inside the bathroom and the shower caddy needs cleaning off scum. Towels and rob not soft and don’t think they were changed over the 3 days we were there just re folded and put back on the towel rail. Ordered full English but no black pudding even though it’s on the menu and asked for honey which there wasn’t any. Tea pot in bedroom was dirty when we arrived to which we didn’t use.

Nice guest house in walkable area.

Attractive, clean property within walking distance of rail station, town dining and sites. Very welcoming and accommodating service. We were only in the room in the evenings, so we didn't avail ourselves of the parlor and other services. They were very helpful in getting us a cab at check-out. The only thing that I was unhappy about is the check-out time. Listed as 11:00am on Hotels.com, the housekeeper told us it was 10:30 (at 10:00) at the property. We had to rush to get in and out of the bathroom and packed up to be out on time. Other than that late surprise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a couple of nights for a break. The guest house is very clean and the owner is so welcoming and friendly, she can't do enough for you. The guest house itself is only a couple of minutes walk from the shops and promenade so ideally placed for shopping and visiting attractions. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

Relaxing long weekend break

Tastefully decorated, spacious room. Good choice at breakfast time. All the team were helpful and polite and made it a relaxing stay. It was only a short walk to all the town centre attractions and the hotel was on a quiet residential street so parking was not a problem. I would book again!

Fabulous stay

We spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic, Joanne is a lovely host and made myself and my 6yr old grand daughter very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and two comfy beds. The breakfast was brilliant a cold buffet and full cooked breakfast too we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully we will return next year for a few days, my grand daughter loved it too.. Thanks Joanne keep up the good work 👍😂

So glad we found this gem of aguest house. Joanne was so lovely. She rang us to say our room was ready early. She made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent. Lots of little extras like gowns, propper coffee, wine glasses. The breakfast was very tasty and she made whatever we wanted. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to llandudno

Warm welcome, immaculate accommodation, recommend.

Friendly welcome, immediately made to feel at home. Everything - the room, the stairs, the lounge - was immaculate and just like new. Would definitely stay again.
