"Apple Maps lead me to a 30 minute parking area to unload luggage and take a 3 minute walk to hotel. I did not remember that minor detail when I booked, but oh my gosh it was so worth it as it is 2 minute walk from the Grand Hotel to the leaning tower!! I did remember that, which was why I picked it. Front desk was so accommodating printing pages for US Consulate in Milan! They were so helpful and concerned as my wife needed pages printed for emergency passport services in Milan the next day. What a FABULOUS view from the hotel roof top restaurant! It was a very nice meal as well!"

"This is the fourth time we have stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The staff were brilliant, the hotel very family friendly which was great for my 7 year old grand daughter, and was very comfortable. We will certainly be back."
