Ropewalks Hotel
Location was excellent, room was nice if not a weird layout for a double and a single bed under the tv. However the bathroom was awful. Breakfast is amazing and the staff were lovely

Hillcrest Liverpool Central
Clean room and bathroom , towels and sheets. Hot water. Hot water initially discoloured from sink tap but cleared. Apparently due to heating Room heater didn’t work Lift was broken when I stayed. Steep stairs and upper floor room ok for me , but impossible for any disability. Stairwell grubby.
