"Room was generally clean but cold on arrival. I turned on the fan heater but it only blew cold air. I called the hotel and someone quickly came to my room and sorted the heating and it soon warmed up. Given it was Boxing Day I appreciated how efficiently the issue was dealt with."

"Hotel is in a great location in the very centre of the city and its nightlife. Room was very clean with good facilities and was quiet considering it was a busy night- my sleep wasn't disturbed at all. Would definitely consider returning as the price was very reasonable for a city centre hotel."

"Room is great condition - spacious and big for everything we needed. Good location for shopping and easily accessible with lockboxes etc.
In the room you can hear every single noise from outside in the corridor so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep as other guests are very rowdy - they assume because there is no staff on site they can be as loud as they want. Very noisy and difficult to fall asleep. "
