"We had a lovely stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade on arrival. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean, and nicely in keeping with the hotel’s theme. There were great amenities provided, including water and milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The only downside during our stay was trying to book the spa. We attempted to contact them in advance but didn’t receive a response until the day we arrived, around 5pm, by which time we already had evening plans. On previous visits, booking the spa had been quick and easy, so this was a bit disappointing. That said, we understand the spa is separate from the hotel itself. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back."

"The two men working on reception late at night when we checked in were excellent. Rooms clean, good bathroom but sofa-bed was terrible. Breakfast was fine with a good selection. Great bonus that our car parking was validated so no charge for my husband coming to collect us. Would definitely use again."
