The apartment was noisy, not well kept and pretty dirty. The bathroom is so tiny and we often found roaches in the morning. However, the location is unbeatable.

Location is good, but it is located on a very noisy street between construction on the building during the day with construction workers going up and down the balconies so no privacy and all the cars, trucks and bars all night long, you will not rest. There is no air conditioning only a fan so windows had to stay open so you will hear everything all day and night. Also bathroom is extremely small. The place needs to have an exterminator saw multiple roaches in hallway and bathroom. The apartment does need some updating, paint, few more fans, full length mirror, better towels (felt like sandpaper) and better lighting.

The apartament is beautiful and very well located The downside was the zillions steps to get there, a very steep staricase with luggage is not a good idea. There is no TV (in 2023, really?) and no AC. There was a fan we could use to keep the apartament fresh at nights. The fridge was not very clean, but the rest was OK

Ficamos um curto período, a localização foi surreal, otima! O atendimento foi tranquilo e as informações estavam bem claras. Unico ponto já citado por outros colegas, é o banheiro, ele deixa a desejar comparando com os demais comodos. Mas não é impeditivo para ter bons momentos!

The apartment next door is under construction so it’s messy and noisy. This was not communicated to us. The kitchen in this place is lovely, but the bath is a bit grubby and it’s a stuffy apartment with no air conditioning and a fan that is useless. It’ll be hot there in July! The person who greeted us was neither pleasant nor helpful. Finally I’ve asked twice now about when I will receive a refund on the security deposit and have not received a response. On the good side, the beds were comfy and the location was great.

A localizacao do apartamento é maravilhosa e ele é muito bem equipado com frigobar, cooktop e microondas. Tem muitas opcoes de restaurantes bem proximos, inclusive na mesma rua.

Nice view.

Stayed here for five nights whilst visiting Lisbon. Up a hill, narrow steep staircase to flat. Nice view of port, very convenient for Santa Apolonia stn and the supermarket at the station. Lots of eateries nearby (found a place RC Restaurant on the hill from the stn to the flat very reasonable at 6 euros a meal). Only little quibbles, no mattress protector on the bed, just a sheet on the bed. Also we had to make do with the same towels for five days! and if youre tall the bathroom shower may be a little awkward to use. Well equipped kitchen. No TV???

Spacious Studio with Water Views

This modern styled studio was one private bedroom but it was way more than that! To start off, it had water views from the balcony of the bedroom. It also had a sofa bed, a small circle dining table, a well-sized kitchen with a washing machine, small fridge, stove, and plenty of kitchen equipment. They also provided me with two portable AC units to use as needed, iron and extra towels. The company sent a host to meet me in person and greet me with the keys, show me around apartment and give me recommendations. The Alfama neighborhood was great to walk around and the walk to the center and all the other action in the city was totally doable. I would highly recommend this apartment to people traveling solo and/or couples. Just two small heads-up notes: 1) there is no elevator and have to use small/steep stairs to get up to apartment but it was in the first floor so not too bad, 2) the bathroom is the smallest thing in the studio with low ceiling as you enter
