Great location, quiet street, could use some maintenance and upgrades, such as heating (it’s cold) and appliances but overall comfortable enough. Would stay again.

The property is in a good area. No need for a car. The property was clean but the main issue is that there are dogs that bark non stop during the day and night. There’s a kennel outside the washroom with 4 dogs there all day. It opens into a wide space and when the dogs bark it echos.

The apartment was unbearably hot during the day, with only a flimsy and noisy stand fan that provided little relief. The constant noise from barking dogs, loading and unloading, and people talking and shouting loudly late into the night made it difficult to sleep. The property management was unresponsive, only contacting me 20 minutes before check-in time, which made me initially suspect the booking might be a scam. Unlike hotels, there was no option to wait in a lobby before or after check-in/out, which was inconvenient. Additionally, when I tried to reach them to ask about check-out procedures, there was no response at all. The beds were also disappointing—they were much lower and far less comfortable than they appeared in the website photos. The smelly pillows made sleeping even more unpleasant. After spending a few days in Lisbon, I can confidently say that location isn't the only factor to consider when choosing where to stay. With affordable public transportation and Uber (ranging from 8 to 15 Euros), it’s easy to get around the city from other areas. If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place to unwind after a long day of exploring, I would recommend considering a 3-4 star hotel instead. It might even be more affordable, offering greater comfort and the added benefit of breakfast.

Boa localização.

A localização é ótima, tem padaria, mercadinho, lojas e locais para visitar próximo. Não tem estacionamento. O quarto é amplo, equipado e o vinho que nos aguardava foi ótimo. Cama confortável. Chuveiro tinha problema de temperatura e pressão, mas como não estava tão frio, ficou OK sua utilização. O piso é barulhento. E foi muito estranho tocarem a campainha para cobrar a taxa, houve falha na cominicação com a proprietária. Achei estranho deixar a taxa antes do checkout, mas o moço que foi cobrar foi simpático.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß erreichen können. Gutes Wifi. Wohnung ist für 2 Personen groß genug. Lediglich die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Appartement fonctionnel, clair et bien situé

Le contact local est réactif, disponible et conciliant. L'appartement est agréable, lumineux au 2nd étage et bénéficie de nombreux rangements. Le lave vaisselle et la lave linge sont un plus. L'appartement est au pied du Tram 28 . De nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et minimarket a proximités. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en famille.

Nice apt, cool terrace and great location. A little too much information on the check in, but overall very quick response and easy. Even gave a free bottle of wine! Have to pay taxes in cash so be prepared for that...

Te weinig handdoeken gedurende het verblijf .. Wij verbleven 6 dagen, daarvoor had je dan op z'n minst 1 x frisse en nieuwe handdoeken mogen krijgen. Voor de rest was het verblijf uitstekend en zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Die Wohnung war sehr kompakt und gut ausgestattet. Komunikation sowie Übergabe der Wohnung fand reibungslos statt. Schalltechnisch ist die Wohnung misarabel, weil man jeden Schritt der oberen Nachbarn hört. Nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag sollte man in Ruhe schlafen können. Bügeleisen war leider defekt bzw. nicht bedienbar (Das Wasser ist ständig ausgeronnen).

Perfektes Apartment um Lissabon zu entdecken

Das Apartment ist wunderbar gelegen und somit alle wichtigen Orte fußläufig zu erreichen (Tram, Supermärkte, Bahnhöfe, Aussichtspunkt, Innenstadt, Restaurants, Bars, usw.) Das Apartment selbst besteht aus zwei Zimmern mit wunderschönem großen Bad und einer privaten Terasse die nach Innen gerichtet ist, d.h. Man hat seine Ruhe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen eingerichtet. Die meisten Dinge verbergen sich hinter einem Schranksystem (Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) was manchmal bisschen störend sein kann. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und vorallem die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat 1A funktioniert. Absolute Enpfehlung für Reisende die Lissabon entdecken wollen und auch mal in das Nachtleben schauen möchten wegen der zentralen Lage.

Perfect flat

Perfect flat with an enormous bathroom. White, bright, clean and french balconies with a view down to the iconic 28-tram. Great great service! The cleaning fee on 20 euro per night could have been included in the total price.

Nice boutique hotel near Bairro alto district.

I really enjoyed in Lisbon with this accomodation. It located not far from center of Lisbon. Public parking is also available near there in 10€ per day. But there is additional payment for the cleaning fee. about 40€.
