The apartment was great and location was good. But there was zero communication. The first email we got said don't use any outside communication because it might be spam come to find out the next thing they do is send us an outside communication from another app. Then they don't respond to any communication through the hotels.com app and we had to spend an extra $30 to park because we couldn't get the code to the parking space that was included that was the whole reason we booked this particular one is that you had included parking. Absolutely frustrated miserable check-in with no communication at all.

NO NO NO!

It was not what I was expecting. Communication was very bad trying to get checked in, it took almost 2hrs to talk to someone. Very bad customer service. The property was in a nice area of Lisbon but the unit itself was dangerous(you could easily fall down the stairs heading to the unit and the bedrooms). I would think twice before booking. The worse part was the customer service, not very welcoming and didn't care that we were so inconvenienced.

I will never use a Homing run property again. This unit was for sale and clearly was not intended to meet the purpose of serving guests. The furniture was very cheap and unstable. Lots of things in the apartment for show but in usable like a deck with a lamp and no electricity to plug it in to, a fan with a cord too short to reach the electrical outlet high up on the wall. One bed was broken and could not be used so one person had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. We were not given keys to the back door where our car was parked. The neighbors said they have complained to the owner about the keys issue a multiple tenants have asked him to leave the door open since they don't have a keys. I used the contact procedures to the letter and was not met by owner with keys on time. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. There are lots of accomodations available in Lisbon, don't waste time or money on this one.

AMALIA

NO VOLVERE A RESERVAR CON ELLOS

Hicimos el checkin como habíamos acordado a las 15.30, nos dieron las llaves del apartamento (cuando entregas unas llaves es que está listo para entrar), cuando abrimos la puerta encontramos bolsas y ropa por el suelo, todo sucio, y una chica que se subió corriendo al piso superior, el susto fue inmenso, un descorciento, pensamos que era compartido sin saberlo. Los propietarios no atendieron mis llamadas, subí para hablar con la chica, y resultó ser el servicio de limpieza. Tuvimos que volver a la calle, llamé nuevamente a la oficina, y hasta hoy sigo sin hablar con ellos, esperamos en la calle con las maletas y después del viaje hasta poder acceder en condiciones. Además de eso, me cobraron 10 € más del precio, y hotels.com tampoco me lo solucionan, y eso que aseguran precio garantizado. El aparcamiento está en una calle atrás, de muy mal acceso con el coche, y para ir a la vivienda hay que llevar la maleta por calles adoquinadas y escaleras.
