"Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!"

"Scarso"

"Front desk staff were friendly. Wasn’t impressed with our pizzas served at dinner. Restaurant was late opening at 7:30 when we arrived at 2/3:00 with nothing to eat until 7:30. Service wasn’t the greatest. There may have been a language barrier?? After our order was taken no one came back to see if we wanted another drink, dessert or anything."

"Staff worked to get us in a little early and it was greatly appreciated. We needed the rest. The restaurant had good food but the staff was a little out of sorts, poor service. Hotel staff was great with hotel transfers. Good location close to the airport."

"it is a good hotel but the people there speak minimum english. There was a guy there that helped us in the breakfast for getting non-pork products. the parking facility is limited and underground parking is dangerous."

"We stayed at Hotel del Borgo for one night before an early flight out of Bologna, and unfortunately, it was easily the worst accommodation of our entire trip through Italy. "Beautiful room with some lovely touches. Staff were great in particular 2 who I had frequent contact with at the bar and breakfast area."

"Correcto, bastante alejado del centro de la ciudad."

"Nice large room. Clean. Good breakfast offering. Friendly staff."

"Spacious room"

"There was a group of 10 of us. We had five rooms/suites. Three of the rooms had black mold on the ceilings and the fabric walls. Other than mold, the staff were great. The place was lovely. Close to the train station and piazza. ALDIs is a block away."
