"Great place to stay. Warm and lovely rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We love staying there every year."

"Lovely quiet site. Outstanding staff at front desk reception and especially in the dining room."

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Had stayed years ago and many of the amenities have changed - no complaints but would say average stay and convenient."

"The room was generally clean except that we found a hair in the bathroom and the sheets had a black stain. The bed wasn’t very hotel-like nor very comfortable (shallow foam). Breakfast was well priced and decent. Everything else was great."

"Convenient"

"Well appointed room. Good breakfast"

"I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities."

"The front of house staff were brilliant, as always. Unfortunately, the morning lounge/bar/breakfast staff weren’t very welcoming or attentive."

"This is the second time we've stayed here. Love the place, beautiful old english manor style, staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful too. We plan to stay here again!"
