"Travelled with family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children.
Great lobby and valet helps greatly.
Check in was smooth and staff helpful, also got an upgrade to the Suite room as booked room was not ready.
Swimming pool is a great facility, however enclosed by 4 walls of the hotel.

"Nice clean and quiet rooms.
Only problem is they do not honor booking with Expedia. They are listed on Expedia so I ended up paying twice. Pre-paid with Expedia and then had to pay at the hotel. Expedia is non-responsive on a refund. Be careful."
"The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better.
However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night."
