"Great hotel located close to the city centre vith easy access to local amenities, restaurants and bars. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room which was clean, recently refurbished, well appointed and comfortable. Very good range and quality of breakfast items, restaurant staff again very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!"

"Upgraded at last minute to penthouse. Unfortunately the milk had gone off in the fridge and ice tray wasn’t clean, but they hadn’t expected occupancy.Wine and soft drinks very well received but it would have been nice to have had still not sparkling water. King size bed was really comfortable and clean. All rooms impressive apart from chairs at dinning table (little shabby) and no battery in clock in mantel piece. Overall good experience and so glad l upgraded to a much bigger suite."

"A beautiful old building set in immaculately curated grounds! All in all a lovely stay at a reasonable price. Friendly staff throughout, especially Adam who was working in the bar! The breakfast was a little slow (had to wait 20mins to be seated despite saying what time we were having breakfast the day before) but was tasty. We had a lovely stay at Tylney and would recommend"
