"It’s a $100 deposit! $100 for a hotel or just the hotel is not worth the $100 deposit. Yes I got it back the very next day after checkout. BUT $100!!?? Insane!! It’s not worth it. I only needed a room to sleep as i was only in town for my mother surgery. There is no amenities what’s so ever! No mini fridge no microwave in any room! Need a microwave you would have to leave your room with food in hand walk whatever distance from your room to the main office to use there microwave. Only coffee is complementary all day. I get it you pay for what you get but when we walked in the remote to tv did not work asked front desk to assist she called maintenance who pushed a few buttons put control down and said it worked and walked out very quickly. Which I thought was off so I checked the remote to see if it indeed worked and it did not. I left as I had plans with family to attend returned to finally remote working but toilet after I use to not flush correctly then not at all where water would almost overflow. I was over it. I went to sleep and checked out next morning at 6am. This hotel as I seen and heard in the less then 24hr of having the room os for parties or 3rd party truckers. A lot of police monitoring. Honestly huge mistake on my part to be cheap and book this room. I just needed a room with a bed to sleep in for the night.But comfortably and this was not comfortable.The bed made noise every time you sat in it or moved in it.Sound like a sheet of metal rumbling under bed!"

"We went to this property for a quick 24-hour trip to get out of the house during the cold weather stretch. We'd been there once before a few years back and had a great experience - this time around it was a terrible experience and we will NEVER be back! I am not one to write reviews but people looking for a place to stay should be warned to spend their money somewhere else! This property is FILTHY! The kids' pool had TONS of green algae growing around the slide and all the rope. The pool leaked of chemicals and chlorine (more than normal). Our bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly prior - had other peoples' hair still in our tub and toilet. They have a very strict rule that you cannot be at the hotel until time of check in which is 4pm. We've never experienced this with a hotel before. We got there at 1pm hoping to leave our bags at the front desk and use the pool until our room was ready. This was a hard no! The staff members were incredible rude. They were so short staffed that the manager was the one emptying trash cans and cleaning up the pool towels. They were all complaining about being short staffed. A woman was working the front desk with a back injury and couldn't walk so any time she was asked for help (i.e. needed an extra towel or pillow, etc) she ha to ask for people to come back when someone else was there. Rightfully so to not be able to do things with an injury, but management shouldn't be assigning someone to a front desk role if they can't help customers."

"This hotel was the cleanest one I've stayed in, in a very long time. The hallways were bright, wide, and with unstained carpet. The rooms were also bright with very clean carpets. The beds were VERY comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff were so easy and nice to interact with. Staff I met in the hallway and breakfast area were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and most of it was very good. The food was not overcooked and dry. This will be my go to hotel when I need to visit this area."

"The entire stay was absolutely miserable. Very rude, unprofessional staff, our room was dirty, furniture had stains all over them, bedsheets had stains, blinds were broken.. room had not been cleaned or dusted, pubic hair in tub.. it looked like the room was old and outdated, we smelled weed our entire weekend in our room, the pool area and throughout the hotel.. the most unfriendly staff, breakfast was disgusting.. I would never had expected a Hilton hotel to be so aweful.. we would never, will never stay there.. if you can pay a little extra for another hotel , do it.. oh did I mention our room also had bugs.. I took photos so I can prove the condition of our hotel.. "
