I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. Staff was very friendly, check-in was smooth and room was nice and clean. The building itself looks like it could be in need of an upgrade soon, but that did not take away from it feeling clean and safe. Within walking distance (10 minutes) from nearly all the areas in Lille, including the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and quite a pleasant stay

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

Lille for the weekend

Friendly helpful staff. Good location near the station but in a quiet area. Great selection of food & drink at the buffet breakfast. Also loved the large selection of local beers at yye hotel bar.

Felt welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful staff gave advice on where to eat, etc. Grateful to be able to access room early. Clean room with excellent shower. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very convenient location for town centre and stations.

La moquette de ma chambre était clairement défraîchie. Logée au premier étage, quand j'ai ouvert la fenêtre, j'ai dû subir les odeurs de cigarette des gens qui fumaient sur le trottoir devant l'hôtel. Si les chambres sont non fumeuses, ce n'est pas pour subir les odeurs de cigarette de l'extérieur. Et le plus dérangeant a été l'erreur à la réception sur mon nom (je l'ai pourtant épelé) ce qui a fait qu'un réceptionniste est venu toquer à ma porte le lendemain à 7h40. Et qu'il a essayé d'entrer dans ma chambre en actionnant la poignée. Très désagréable et effrayant quand on est dans sa chambre. Je me suis dit que n'importe qui pouvait entrer à n'importe quel moment (quand je serai sous la douche notamment). Puis, j'ai reçu un appel de la réception toujours tôt le matin (avant 8h) pour vérifier mon identité. Il aurait été bienvenu de m'appeler avant de monter et de tenter d'ouvrir la porte de ma chambre. Pour le coup, je me suis préparée au plus vite et je suis partie à 8h15 du matin. Super mauvaise expérience.

Excellente expérience. Hotel à 10mn à pied de la gare. Petit déjeuner type buffet inclus. Personnel très professionnel et serviable. Check-in possible dès 12h et comme j'étais arrivée plus tôt on m'a permis de me poser dans un espace de l'hotel pour travailler en attendant le check-in.
