"We were so pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to an amazing suite! We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. "This hotel is in a good location, but furniture in the room needed replacing and bathroom dark not helped by a light bulb being out and had a bad smell the first day and night. The receptionist who showed us to the room did not know anything about the room facilities. We where not informed prior to arriving that you had to pre-book beds on the beach and initially told there were none available until they realised we had book lunch there!! Would not recommend."
