Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. "A very pretty hotel built around this magnificent Chateau. Two nice pools the adults only located at the front of the Chateau in a fantastic location. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are great though the bar service system at the pool doesn't seem to work as advertised. Pleasant restaurant particularly for outdoor dining. Recommended."
