"Bedroom with small kitchenette area. Reasonably equipped for those staying 3 or 4 days and not wanting to eat out every day. They have a breakfast buffet for an extra cost, which we did not use. Beds very comfortable. A bit outside the old town and tourist area…..would need to take public transit, which is right in front…..but then the cost of accommodation is lower than that if you are right downtown in the prime area."

"Hotel bien située à 7 minutes de la gare Perrache et à 7 minutes à pied de la place Bellecour. La chambre pour 3 etait propre mais assez petite et il n'y avait pas de cafetière. Le bureau dans la chambre était très petit donc je ne pouvais pas vraiment y travailler convenablement avec mon portable. La localisation de cet hotel est le point fort pour les touristes."

"Séjour globalement correct, mais assez décevant sur certains points. La partie restauration est vraiment très bien, assuré par un personnel particulièrement sympathique, et constitue clairement le point fort de l’hôtel. En revanche, le spa laisse à désirer : propreté très moyenne, hammam hors service sans que l’équipe ne m’en informe, et un accueil peu agréable — on a presque l’impression de déranger lorsqu’on demande une serviette, d’autant plus qu’aucun peignoir n’était disponible ni au spa et ni dans la chambre. Au final, l’hôtel reste convenable, mais la prestation globale manque de qualité autant dans les chambres que pour les équipements annexes, à l’exception du restaurant qui se démarque nettement."

"our room didn’t have fridge, phone, coffeemaker, safe, microwave, cups, water or even a box of tissue, absolutely nothing! Only one single ugly picture and a tiny TV set were hung on the walls. I have never seen such an empty and dirty hotel room in my entire life, even in the third world! "
