Convenient location

Comfortable beds. Clean spacious rooms. Good location for visiting OL Stadium. Good breakfast in the morning. Plenty of paid parking.

Super stop-off.

Rooms were great. Large size, beds were comfortable, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Not signed as a hotel so not the easiest to locate. Only after parking at the rear of the block we saw the reception sign. There was an extra cost for parking. No bar or restaurant onsite but only a 10 minute walk to the central plaza with a selection of eateries.

Un gars a l’accueil super super gentil un maghrébin avec un cœur en or et un sourire formidable et un service 5 étoile c’est un très bon hôtel dont j’ai passé la nuit en famille avec deux belles chambres qui communiquent entre elles vraiment top .

Ali nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et efficace, avec de bons conseils pour dîner dans le quartier. Chambre vaste et fonctionnelle, climatisation toutefois un peu bruyante. Bon petit déjeuner avec jus d'oranges pressées, ce qui est plutôt rare dans les hôtels. Pas grand chose à faire dans ce quartier à pied cependant, hôtel entouré de cités.

Un personnel vraiment très agréable, merci à eux tous. La chambre assez grande et propre. Les deux bémols une clim très bruyante que l'on a du couper, et nous étions cotés rue, le bruit du tram, des voitures et autres nous on dérangé. Simple suggestion si je dois y retourner je demanderais de ne pas être coté rue. J'ai trouvé aussi dommage que Hotels.com ne nous signale pas que le parking était payant, nous avons du le prendre pour 6€ la nuit. Nous n'avions pas vraiment le choix car pour se garer nous n'avions pas beaucoup de possibilité

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment faible. Très peu de choix. Un dimanche a 9:30 il n'y a plus rien. Plus de jus de fruit plus de tartine. L'eau est chaude et pas pétillante. Vraiment ne vaut pas la peine. La chambre est bien. Dommage nous avons payé la taxe de séjour pour notre fille de dix ans.la première personne de l'accueil nous a dit que cela était normal tandis que la deuxième nous a fait faire un mail pour avoir le remboursement. C'est encore à moi de faire le mail et d'attendre tandis que c'est eux qui se sont trompés.

La mention d'une climatisation pour cet hébergement est à la limite de la publicité mensongère. Nous avons essayé deux chambres, après nous être plaints de la première, nous avons été déplacés du 4ème étage au 3ème, mais rien n'y fait. Même à fond, il ne sort qu'un mince filet d'air inefficace de la bouche de l'air conditionné. Nous avons très mal, voire pas dormi avec la chaleur étouffante. A éviter absolument.
