"Very nice place to stay with an excellent bar and restaurant. Although burger place across the street was not very good. Staff speaks English and are professional and helpful. Hotel is very close to a gondola making for easy access to the slopes. One drawback was that our building did not have an elevator."

"The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. "The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "
