"This hotel is a must stay gem close to all the happenings in midtown, but on quieter, charming street! We received an upgrade to a king suite and it was absolutely phenomenal! Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! Easy breakfast at the quaint restaurant next door. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you!"

"This property is very close to Times Square which was perfect for us. The breakfast was hit or miss. All of the elevators weren't working on one day and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get an elevator. I would stay here again."

"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good. However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. "The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! "I picked this hotel because of the location and I also wanted to stay in an older style hotel. The location was great close to chaos but yet far enough away. The hotel itself is an older property. There were signs of wear in the room with the itself. Furniture was older and very much lived in. The hallway carpet off the elevators also had wear and tear. The bathroom in my room had been caulked around the bathtub multiple times I just feel for the price, The hotel could’ve been up kept better."
