Villa stay with family of 4

Great Villa, perfect location to Kuta town centre with a 5 min walk. Reception super helpful with anything. Arrange driver to the apparent and our next stay. Swimming pool was a great addition. Villa well presented and just like the pictures. Would highly recommended.

We lucked out staying here. The property is older, needing a bit of upkeep. But as far as the rooms go, they were great, the bed was comfy. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The pool lounges were comfortable and rarely full. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranging trips and tours for us. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The ocean and beach views are spectacular and even better when sitting in the infinite pool. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and massages all in walking distance. I highly recommend Tamarind Beach Bugalows 😊🏝️🌺

Our few days here made the entire holiday to Bali worth it. Don’t go here if you are a snob. Backpackers delight. Clean, safe digs with air con & breakfast too. Who needs hot water anyway?? We travelled with our 2 teenagers & our biggest regret was not booking longer

Disrepair

The location was great, however, the online photos did not match with reality. The hotel is in a state of severe disrepair, but it does appear the they are slowly making attempts to fix areas.

Staff were lovely, however room was ok at best, no fridge, front door locked, but two doors leading off veranda didn't lock, safe was not bolted down, so didn't feel safe leaving money there, place was run down with loose tiles all uneven, stained sheets and pillows with lipstick stains, bedbugs, breakfast wouldn't fill a infant and nothing on menu was available and what was was ordinary.

This is a really nice place, clean and quiet. The pool is really nice with a beautiful view to enjoy while you’re flopping about in the water. The staff are warm and friendly and the rooms are great

The location was great, right on the beach, the staff were really friendly, there was something sharp in the pool that cut two of our kids feet and our room didn’t have hot water, otherwise the room was great, Family room with 2 queen or king beds, nice breakfast, variation of pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, toast, juice tea and coffee, super affordable

Definitely a budget hotel, food was good , breakfast which was included, consisted of a single egg omellette or scrambled and 1 slice of bread, pretty average stuff, No tv , which is a good thing, unlessyou want one. No fridge. No glasses or coffee and tea facilities, no housekeeping, no hot water on first day. This place has huge potential with investment and some care. The first thing you notice is how run down the reception and restaurant area are. But it was a budget hotel. If bohemian is your thing , it is quaint.

Staff tried their very best to make you feel welcome- 2 young men are there from dawn to dusk. Property in need of upgrade- just getting very tired. Towels, sheets etc need to be replaced as they are old, and the rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay. Small water provided on first day but no replacements.

Around hotel was not clean and smell.location was end of street and bit far to the beach. Breakfast was included but not enough…as better than nothing. We bought return boat ticket but it was open ticket and did not know we had to book a departure time one day before but we booked in the morning of departure day by hotel staff. Hotel staff said booking was okay so that we checked out hotel and went to the port but staff of boat company told us that it is fully booked today and next one will be tomorrow morning…….we already checked out hotel and it was 4pm…. Fortunately, we could find a available seat other boat company but paid almost same amount as return ticket.

When we arrived I said we were checking in and he then said my name, not a good sign we must of been the only check in that day. At reception a mouse ran past. Walking to room the path was covered in caterpillias. The bathoom stunk and toilet was not clean had poo on it. There was mould on the walls The safe was not secured to anything, could pick it up and walk out with it. The doors were not secre once locked could still move them to open. The light flickered. The pool was murky and had a closed down deralict pool bar. Was no vibe at or surrounding hotel Did not end up staying Was refused a refund
