Property was great. They have shuttle service for the city center but you need to have vehicle for rest of the times. Far from the shops and restaurants but they have good restaurant aswell. Be carefull with the frogs and lizards they can get into the room. Pool infront of the room was great

The Puri Wulandari is, by far, the most incredible resort we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived we were completely enchanted by the service, the views, the luxurious accommodations, the pool, the complete sense of peace the resort brings. Our villa 109 had the most breathtaking views, infinity pool, glorious outdoor shower, huge bathtub and massive patio with a canopy day bed. I cant say enough about how incredible the resort is. This stay changed our lives, quite literally. During our 15 minute complimentary photoshoot my, now fiancé, proposed and was captured so beautifully. The entire staff helped make the moment so special and shared in our happiness. We will be coming back again to celebrate with family! A truly unforgettable experience!

Paradise on earth! The resort was absolutely amazing! This was our first time in Bali and wanted a hotel that was outside of the busy downtown core but still close enough to visit during the day. This hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. they were kind, warm and you can really tell they take pride in the location. The location has the essential Bali feel and has the character and charm that transports you to the region. The villa was private, with the most amazing view. the resort also has free shuttles everyday to Ubud centre which makes day trips so easy. We are already planning our trip back and suggest you book your stay ASAP.

While the hotel staff were very accommodating, I encountered some issues during my stay. I had contacted the hotel a month prior to inquire about their spa services and made a booking well in advance. Unfortunately, I was informed just two days before my trip that the spa would not be available. Additionally, I arranged for a private photographer for a photoshoot at the venue. To my surprise, I was suddenly informed of a 1.7 million IDR fee for using the space, despite the fact that I was already a paying guest. In my experience with several five-star hotels, I have never been asked to pay an extra charge for taking photos on the premises.

What an absolute delight it was to stay at Puri Wulandari. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful setting we relaxed exactly as we had hoped for. The staff are all outstanding, honestly they are so willing to help in any way they can, it was heart warming. The villas are comfortable and spacious with beautifully kept gardens, views etc - so tranquil. A special shout out to chefs Made Sumayasa and Putu for the cooking class, which started with an early morning visit to the market and culminated in a delicious Balinese 3 course lunch. It was such fun and we had a ball learning from your experience. Thank you to all your amazing staff - they make Puri Wulandari very special.

The place is amazing and the staff is so friendly. However, I experienced a theft there. One of the team stole $100 of my money that was placed in my back and when I reported to the management they did not take any action only giving me a free massage. I had to not clean my room consistently because I did not trust the housekeeping team anymore.

自然と絶景を楽しみながらゆったり過ごすのに最高のホテル

大きなパティオとプール、室内の造りも贅沢で、とにかくヴィラ一棟の面積がめちゃくちゃ広い！ 渓谷の絶景が素晴らしい！ ヴィラ⇔フロントはバギーカーでいつでも送迎を頼める！ こちらが変な片言英語で頼んでも、どのスタッフも一生懸命に要望を聞いてくれて温かく感じが良い！ 部屋の清掃も時間を指定でき、丁寧で清潔！ 午後のターンダウンもあり！ 重厚でクラシックな水回りのため、シャワーなどは今風とはいかず、多少不便なことはあり ウブドの中心地から少し距離はありますが、ホテルのシャトルバス（タクシーのような乗用車）も利用できる！ 多少不便はあっても、ウブドでこのホテルに滞在できて最高でした！

シャワーはお湯が出ず、翌夜もまた出ず 部屋着がないこと、プール用のタオルがもうずっと置きっぱなしなのか、汚れていた アメニティは揃っていたが、紙箱入りで、例えば歯ブラシはカビが生えていて、使えず。 環境やホスピタリティ、レストラン等は非常に良かったが、高い宿泊料金を考えると、見合わなかったと思う
