The location and staff is wonderful. It is quite tired and rundown and does need maintenance repairs on quite a few areas however for the price of the stay it was great for those on a budget.

Hotelli on mielyttävällä paikalla hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä kuuluisimmista nähtävyyksistä. Rannan satama ei ole kovinkaan aktiivinen vaan pääosa laivoista varsinkin balilta saapuu toiselle rannalle, mistä kuljetus hotelille tarvitaan. Hotelli on rauhallinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä sekä avuliasta. Päivittäistä huonesiivousta ei ollut. Tulisimme uudestaankin!

very disappointed with hotel condition, not suitable for children as there are NO railings around cliff edge (very high up) and steep steps, not suitable for elderly or someone who has difficulty walking steep steps, staff were lovely ☹️

disappointed stay

arrived at this hotel and there was no room for us, gave us an ‘upgrade’ first room had a huge gap around the door frame, next room had no air con working, 3rd & 4th room no hot water, room and beach towels were stained and marked, curtains/nets in the room stained and marked, no glass in the frame in the WC thus letting every creature into WC, mozzie net does not meet around the bed gaps mozzies still got in, Breakfast was ok, staff friendly and polite

Very good hotel with a very nice staff

The location is perfect and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff was also very friendly and available. Some small improvements can be done on the cleaning (swimming pool, room). This is mainly due to the wild environment which requires a lot of attention to keep the place perfectly cleaned. The swimming pool shower wasn't available and the swimming pool bar was under construction. I guess in few months it will be perfect

Cheap and convenient

We didn't pay a lot and we didn't get a lot. No hot water (we managed), there were mice in our room that smacked on some things in our bags, the bathroom in our unit was funny (we may have had the cheapest type of room). Great to rent motorbikes from for sure. Breakfast was decent, but get your other meals elsewhere. The massages were also inexpensive, but not private and not the best we had there. There is nothing except ansheet covering you from the rest of the world. Good location to stay for sure, but know it is not fancy.

Best Hotel of my Trip! Staff Fantastic! Unfortunately Cleaning Girls DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! As It Is a Small Island, So Please Understand ? They are quite scared of you. Views, Friendliness of English Speaking Staff ( Amazing) especially Wayan ! Food was Great & Cheaper than Other Hotels! Cocktails & Pool ( To Die For)

The AC wasn't working at all, the sheets of the bed was full of sand and because of the raining season the rooftop of the bathroom was leaking. It's always surprising to receive brown drops from the rooftop while you are peeing.

Beautiful veiw!!!

This place has a great veiw. The room is comfy, clean and really quaint. The staff are lovely too. But, the room is locked by a padlock (bungalow), there is only a cold shower, there is no fridge, the door didn't close properly, (bees and mozzies came in), there was no tv- but the veiw makes up for that! In saying that- my husband and I are spoilt when in comes to hotels- so this just wasn't for us. If your not too picky- this place is in paradise!

Amazing Location

I think one of the best spots on the island, the resort is well designed, earthly materials and beautiful garden. Staff are friendly, sometimes hard to locate, but its island living for you I guess.
