"This hotel seemed like it was doing renovations. The floors in the hall were dirty and there were piles of painting and repair supplies in front of several doors down the hall. However, my room was clean and seemed freshly painted. Sheets and towels were clean. Small kitchenette was very nice. However, you need to bring pots & dishes to use it. Bring your own coffee pot if you like coffee (or microwave some instant). If you want ice in the morning, fill your ice tray. I could hear walking...

"I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key.
