"Excellent property and friendly staff, we got a 1 bed flat which had ample space for 2 adults and a toddler. We visited during summer and the air conditioning was very effective."

"The hotel has been beautifully refurbished yet still retains it’s original grandeur. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of choice and staff on hand to assist with special requests. Staff in general were very accommodating and friendly. We booked again before we left, that’s how much we liked it!"

"Had a 4 night stay at the hotel. Location is excellent although I didn't know the entrance was around the back. The revolving doors are not useful if you have luggage. Reception staff were good and my high floor request was accommodated. That said one of the lifts was out of order and this queues and wait times were excessive. The room faced the city but on floor 17 had an amazing view. The room however was dated. The dressing table showed signs of wear and the decor was old. The bathroom had a...
