"Receptionist kept putting my email in wrong and it was hard to correct her. It ended up being left wrong! There was dust on the bedside table and for a premium room I would have expected at least a biscuit!"

"Large clean room with comfortable bed. Shower water flow was a bit weak but adequate for 1 nights stay. A makeup/shaving mirror would have been useful, also socket for hair dryer near the mirror. But overall good value for the price, will book again when visiting leeds "

"We booked the premium double room and it was beautiful . The staff where very polite and attentive and the hotel is very clean and modern having just been refurbished. "

"Not a great choice - room was dirty and had to wait for another room , waited until 6pm ?! Over crowded and also full of children, felt more like a nursery /kids drop off than a hotel. Also car park full and overall staff were not friendly and didn’t really seem to care either "
