"Lovely stay thanks"

"What a weird a** place this is. This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"Sauberes Zimmer, early check-in war leider nicht möglich. Frühstück und Parkplatz haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Underground-Station „West Brompton“ fußläufig in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"We loved our stay at Wilde. The staff was extremely welcoming, area was perfect walking distance to the Liverpool station and plenty of restaurants. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaint” would be there aren’t any phones in the room to connect with the front desk. We had to use the WhatsApp chat which is fine but it connects you with an AI bot. I had requested a new set of towels and did not receive them for quite awhile after multiple follow ups. I could have gone to the desk but...

"Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with stunning city and Thames views with really great staff."

"Clean and New rooms, nice area with restaurants and well connected to the tub. Only downside was the missing air conditioning, instand they supplied a Fan."
