This is an older property so don’t expect the Hilton. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However there was a coffee pot and all the things to go with it but no coffee.

It's hard to find something good among the negative. Over all, this place leaves too much to be desired and very little delivered. The outside is in poor repair and looks ragged. The door lock code didn't work until I called management. The room was small but quite clean. The property showed it's age and lack of upkeep. There was no air conditioning (in August) with only a portable fan available. The space around the bed was so narrow I had to side step to get in. The fixtures showed considerable age. The shampoo was watery. I felt embarrassed to tell our friends where we were staying. They provided a large frig in the hallway for everyone to place their items in common. It was quiet and close to downtown. The text and email notifications before the trip was outrageous - about 3 or 4 a day. Enough already. The common hallway was lit like a runway and the curtains didn't shut out their light.

Great easy, affordable, low-frills stay in Leadville for a ski weekend at Copper. Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was clean. Would stay again.

This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

Awesome Place to Stay

Easy Check-in, easy to communicate with! Comfortable beds and convenient location to town! We were able to walk up to enjoy dinner and shopping each night! Only 17 minutes from Ski Cooper! We will be back again next year!!

Good stay in Leadville

Surprisingly very clean room. Spacious enough for me and a bike. Bathroom spotless. Great location. I had an issue with check in but i think it was a rare tech issue and the human customer service was excellent. I'll stay here again.

Great stay - only complaint is we ran out of toilet paper and didn’t have an option to ask someone for clean towels since no staff on site. However, was walkable to downtown, hot tub was nice and room was clean and comfortable.

The property is absolutely amazing and cute. I came there on a work trip by myself, but it would definitely be something. I would love to bring my wife to. Love the smell of a newly remodeled room love the extra big bathtub since the downside was the hot tub was empty and not working, which was a plus if you were construction at the end of the day! Unfortunately, for some reason that wasn’t working and that was the only issue I had I would definitely stay here again and the customer service was very helpful.

Spacious, clean, no frills

The room was very spacious and clean and had everything you need (soap, lotion etc). It's about a 15-minute walk from downtown. The only downside is the walls work pretty thin and we could hear other people often. The hot tub was also out of order. The front desk was very accommodating when we had some issues getting into town and tried to change rooms
