"Lovely little wood cabins! Very cosy inside, bed was super comfy! Ideal for staying over a night. Check in was a key in the door, had free wifi, clean bathroom etc., all the basics covered! Would stay again if passing! "

"I’ve stayed in two rooms here and can see why reviews are either great or terrible - it really depends on the room you get, and unfortunately there’s no way to choose when booking here. Some of the staff are exceptional however, and turned what would have been a one-star review stay to this five-star review. "We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Thunder Lodge this past weekend. You absolutely cannot beat the location; it's a peaceful spot nestled in the pines, but still just a five-minute walk to Main Street and the gondola. Loved the pool and hot tub!"

"The rooms are bigger than I thought it would be. Has 3 very nice hot tubs. Pool ,gym and health club area. Very close to all of the shops and dining."
