"Pas d eau chaude donc bain glacé ou au mieux tiède froid et la seule réponse c etait qu il y en avait partout ailleurs !Une facture ne correspondant pas aux dépenses réelles et la réponse faite? Qu il a pris le temps de l’imprimer donc qu on n’a qu’a vérifier! Et tout cela avec un sourire figé. "

"A beautiful property. We were greeted warmly and check-in was seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and everything you need in a fully fitted kitchen. The washing machine was very handy (we were in the largest room upstairs with 2 beds and laundry). Very nice location, directly opposite a beautiful beach. We would like to have stayed longer and would not hesitate to book again."

"I liked that the apartment was fairly spacious. There was an airconditioning control, but I don't think it worked. AC was more than adequate, but I would have liked to be able to vary it a bit. Surprised by having a tv in salon as well as bedroom. The hotel has an elevator, but the second building may mean that you have to do a couple of steps with your bags. Staff was nice and I enjoyed staying there."

"Villa was good but felt are around was very quiet but lovely Tried to go out for drink locally but places insisted upon eating food which we did not want to do so didn't bother don't like people hasling People at Villa tip rate and the area is very nice will be back but may try somewhere where the bars are not so fussy about people drinking not wanting to eat all the time The condition of peppery was exceptional apart from air condition which we could not stop "

"Attractive, boutique hotel right on the bay side in Arcachon with comfortable rooms close to everything. Ideal location put us with easy access to rent a bike or stroll the boardwalk or catch the ferry to Cap Ferret. All the restaurants are there and the town is just behind. The staff could not be nicer! Everyone charming and helpful. Two tips for your visit: make sure to reserve a parking spot with the hotel before your visit! They have limited spots. Also, the breakfast was a beautiful display...
