"The hotel was good and had great amenities, especially good wateraports.However I would class it as a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The check in was poor. Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another room rather than keep us waiting.The room cleaning was inconsistent sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The gym was basic but the equipment was new. The gym bin was not emptied and the water dispensers were not filled up on a regular basis. "

"Hotel was good and staff excellent. I tried to cancel day 6 of our stay, I gave them 5 days notice that my flight was for Jan. 25th. there accounting office would not refund day 6. I will not stay or or encourage anyone else to stay there because of there attitude. It may cost them more in lost sales than the 1 night not refunded. "

"Beautiful beach and location. Staff were excellent . Shout out to Gini on front desk and David one of the restaurant managers who went out of their way to help me. Also thanks to duty manager who met me on my check out to see how my stay had been. This hotel has everyone at an affordable price "

"The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average."
