He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. "Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities and beach. We found the food very average compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Europe and the UAE. Only one à la carte restaurant is included on the all inclusive package and was nothing to rave about - would probably give it a 7/10 max. The service again was ok, but have received far better at other hotels. Given that food makes up such a big part of a holiday for us we probably wouldn’t return, but the hotel itself has a lot of potential."
