"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."

I regret not doing that because when I checked in they said they were all taken. I was very upset as I thought I paid for the Garden view but they put us in the courtyard view next to the elevator which was noisier.
