"The room was larger than typical European hotel rooms. Clean, comfortable. Excellent location across the street from the train and bus stations. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important during this heat wave."

"The location was perfect for our short, 2-day stay before boarding a cruise. It was walking distance to the Vieux Port and other attractions. We even walked there from the train station with all our luggage after taking the shuttle bus from the airport. Likewise, we walked from the hotel to the cruise port shuttle on the day we left! The hotel was clean and quiet. Fresh water was readily accessible in the breakfast area. The beds were comfortable and blackout curtains blocked out all the light....

"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"This hotel is close to all public transportations and easy to get to Vieux Port in Marseille. Clean and good sized room for europe standard . We came very early in am and they held our luggage for us and was able to let us in an hour or 2 before our check in time . Staff is helpful and courteous . I would recommend this hotel ."
