"The strong smell of the air was off putting at night like mold.. and the ceiling had gyproc panels haphazardly installed with plaster edges splattered around each panel edges, made me wonder if they had had a ceiling plumbing leak at one point and hastily repaired the ceiling.. The air unit to heat the room during my stay at the beginning of March with -10 C weather.. was noisy. The room was bare bones, one small uncomfortable chair to sit and watch TV without going on bed, and small surface side planks 12in. by 12in. to put your stuff on beside the bed. Phone took most of the space. Ok for a single person for an overnight to get on airplane early. Bed was ok, but a bit stiff. "

"Everything was mostly OK with the hotel itself. But the shuttle running only ever 30 minutes, despite being 2 minutes away from the terminal, is ridiculous. Especially since it gets full and not everyone can get onboard. This is basic stuff for an airport hotel and absolutely shameful that they can’t get this down."

"What a perfect hotel! We loved the convenient 24 hour shuttle (only 5 minutes from the airport) and the driver was so helpful and kind. Check-in was effortless. The spacious room (two queen sized beds AND a lovely sitting area with couch), was clean and beautiful, it had abundant electrical outlets, and really stylish lighting and fixtures. The breakfast buffet in the morning was superb. It was not included in the Expedia price, but it only an additional $11 per person (an incredible deal for what you got) and it was fantastic. It had a ton of healthy options and protein, from two different types of "egg bites" to boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon and exceptionally good sausages. The yogurt, hot oatmeal and cereal had about 20 different topping options, which we all had fun with! There was also french toast, multiple types of really good breads, hashbrowns, who knows what else I have forgotten. There were multiple milk options, an absolute plethora of different juices and the usual hot drinks. I can honestly say that I am not sure if I have ever had such a good buffet in a hotel. I can easily recommend this hotel as your best option for the airport area. "
