"Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed."

However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. "The room was pretty cold on arrival, but soon worked out how to get the heating on.Staff were very helpful and managed to sort out my booking, that Expedia failed to notify the hotel, so they were not expecting me.The room was aa bit outdated,and not very soundproof, the 7 lane bypass was very noisy during the night,even with the window closed."
