I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"
