Einmal und nie wieder !!!

Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel, kein Service da , viele Gerätschaften defekt.

Rezeption nur teilweise besetzt, kann einfache Fragen nicht beantworten. Völlig frustriert, Personalmangel. Frühstücksbuffet am 1. Tag um 9:30 Uhr völlig abgeräumt, kein Mitarbeiter in Sicht. Frühstück wurde ab dem 2. Tag in einem Hotel 2 km entfernt angeboten, zumindest wurde dafür ein Fahrer bereitgestellt. Dafür musste man jeden Morgen den türkischen Eigentümer anrufen. Zimmerreinigung wurde gar nicht durchgeführt. Buchen Sie dieses Hotel lieber nicht !

Dårlig oplevelse

Hotellet var meget slidt og så nærmest ud til at være ubeboet. Der var intet personale, og da der endelig ankom en forstod hun ikke engelsk eller tysk og måtte ringe op til ejeren for at få oversat. Der stod beskidt service i receptionen ved ankomst, det stod der stadig dagen efter ved afrejse. Der var en gammel lugt og beskidte gulvtæpper. Vi habde booket 2 værelser, det ene virkede lyset ikke der var kun en vågelampe. Det andet var der intet brusehovede på slangen i badet og der kom kun 2 tunde stråler vand ud. Der var intet varmt vand på nogle af værelserne. Der stod i rejsebeskrivelsen der var morgenmad på hotellet, men det var ikke en mulighed på hotellet. Der var ikke nogle i receptionen og de få gæster der var gik og ledte efter personale. Det er ikke et hotel vi anbefaler andre at benytte.

Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber, bis auf den Mülleimer. Bett, Möbel, Vorhänge und das Bad waren neu und sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war nur kurz und freundlich. Wenn man von der Straße der Ausschilderung folgt und am falschen Ende der Hotelanlage ankommt, dann möchte man am liebsten wieder umkehren, da ist leider nicht einladend aussieht. Es fehlt eine eindeutig gute Ausschilderung. Ich hatte kein Frühstück, bewerte dies also auch nicht.
