We spent 3 nights at the property and were pleased from check in to check out. We chose this property mainly because of the spa access. You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was great. We are already planning a return trip for next year.

AMAZING

GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. The bar was the smallest I have ever seen and way too SMALL for the amount of visitors and the size of spa. It had a very SMALL pool to walk up too but it was always pretty full and DEFINITELY understaffed!

Check in required extensive information on a tablet, passport numbers dates etc. Hard sell for 29 € breakfast every day. Hard sell to upgrade room 110€ extra. Impatient person behind me was engaged while I was still talking to the clerk. Extra staff in back would not assist. I had questions unanswered. Directions to room are incorrect. I carried many heavy pieces of luggage up staircases instead of being told the elevator went directly from the garage to our room. Signage for elevator doesn't exist. Staff don't even know it's there. No luggage rack in room. No phone in room to communicate. Walked back to front desk to ask for luggage rack which was declined but I could upgrade room for 110€ to get one. There is a tablet in the room you're supposed to use to communicate. It's in Deutsche so useless to us. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. Rarely saw a smile.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Super freundliches Personal, ein wunderbares Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl und sogar die Möglichkeit, Eierspeisen frisch zu bestellen. Die Therme ist über einen direkten Weg vom Hotel aus erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Badetasche mit Bademantel und Handtüchern, die täglich gewechselt werden können. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön und komfortabel. Auch der Service war top und die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind ein großes Plus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Selbst die Hauseigene sauna kostet 25€ extra. Das Zimmer an und für sich ist ganz gut. Eine Minibar gibt es nicht dafür aber einen Safe. Endlich mal ein Zimmer mit richtiger Beleuchtung im gesamten Raum. Auf meinem Klimaanlagen Bedienteil stand eine Warnmeldungssymbol und ich konnte nicht vom Heizmodus auf kühlen wechseln. Daher war es im Zimmer warm und stickig durch die darauf stehende Abendsonne. Nach einem Zimmerwehsel auf die andere Gebäudeseite war es minimal kühler aber die Klimaanlage ging auch nicht. Die Beworbene Espressomaschine die im Zimmernamen aufgeführt ist und auf Bildern mit einer Kapselmaschine abgebildet wurde, ist vor Ort nur ein Wasserkocher mit Instantkaffeepulver Schwarz. Vom Rezeptionisten kamen leider selbstständig keine Informationen. Alles musste erfragt werden. Dafür bekam ich ein kleines Heft ausgehändigt mit Informationen zu Frühstück(29€), Sauna etc. Parken ist einfach und kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage möglich. Hier gibt es Reinigungsmittel für die Scheibe. Netter Schreibtisch im Zimmer mit großem Mülleimer. Aber kein Telefon mehr vorhanden.

Einzigartig ist für mich, ist der Bademantel Gang in die Obermaintherme. Die Badetasche dazu steht bei Anreise im Zimmer bereit....man kann den Aufenthalt in der weitläufigen Saunalandschaft unterbrechen, wenn man in's Hotel möchte um trotzdem später wieder zukommen. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich sehr gut....vielen lieben Dank an alle Angestellten vom Hotel, die dazu beigetragen das der Aufenthalt zum positiven Erlebnis wird.

Hallo Hesham, vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Mit der pauschalen Begründung „gebuchte Tarifbestimmungen“ bin ich nicht einverstanden und lege hiermit ausdrücklich Widerspruch gegen die Ablehnung der Erstattung ein. Das Hotel wirbt öffentlich mit „Wellness & Spa“. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch erst an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs zusätzlich 25 € kostet. Dieser wesentliche Kostenpunkt war im Buchungsprozess weder transparent noch deutlich hervorgehoben. Für mich war die Sauna-Nutzung der ausschlaggebende Buchungsgrund. Eine nachträgliche Berufung auf „Kleingedrucktes“ ersetzt keine klare und verständliche Preistransparenz im Buchungsvorgang. Ich habe das Hotel unmittelbar verlassen, nachdem mir mitgeteilt wurde, ich könne „auch ein anderes Hotel nehmen“, da keinerlei Kulanz angeboten wurde. Trotz Nichtinanspruchnahme der Leistung wurde meine Kreditkarte belastet. Ich fordere daher: 1. Eine schriftliche, nachvollziehbare Begründung mit konkretem Verweis auf die angeblich akzeptierten Tarifbedingungen (inklusive Screenshot oder Dokumentation des Buchungszeitpunkts). 2. Eine erneute Prüfung unter Berücksichtigung der irreführenden Darstellung des Wellnessangebots. 3. Die vollständige Rückerstattung des belasteten Betrages innerhalb von 7 Werktagen. Sollte keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erfolgen, werde ich: • ein offizielles Chargeback-Verfahren über mein Kreditkarteninstitut einleiten, • den Vorgang der Verbraucherzentrale melden, • sowi
