"We booked Mandalay Bay… didn’t realize we were staying at the “W” which is an offshoot connected on the other side of Mandalay bay. I found this out when we had difficulties upon check-in and our key cards wouldn’t work on the elevators. So after trying that multiple times I had to go stand back in the long check-in line because no one could help me and wait another 20 minutes for the front desk to find out we were in the “W tower” basically a half mile away. The room was nice, but didn’t care for their little refrigerator set up that they had all of their own amenities in there so you had nowhere to put anything to keep it cold if you bought something elsewhere. Overall, I am not sure if I would stay there again. I would probably choose somewhere further down the strip, as I just don’t feel like it was worth the price."
