Overall great experience staying at the Fontainebleau! The building was nice, clean and easy to navigate. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.
We loved the Cantina restaurant. The food is phenomenal. The best ceviche and Cesar salad we have ever had. Chef Gabriella is so talented and nice. Our waiter Jorge and manager Edgar were helpful and friendly.
The hotel felt very clean and the room was lovely with a great view of the Sphere and airport. The food hall is great with lots of options. We particularly liked Cymbiotika. And the coffee and croissants in the coffee shop Cafe Cuto are delicious.
The only issue was the music in Komodo restaurant was far too loud so we had to leave it and go elsewhere that evening.
Overall, it is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. There are amazing bars and a good food court to choose from. The breakfast at La Fontaine was so good. Really enjoyed jazz at No Where. Good drinks at Collins. Biggest complaint was check-in. Waited in line for about 35 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Was wondering why they don’t make this an electronic process. Another issue was getting breakfast on Monday morning. The lines to the bagel place and the café were at least 30 to 35 minutes long. Not a great thing to do when you are on vacation. Or for the people needing to get to the conferences either! The hostess at La Fontaine strangely made us wait/come back 30 minutes for a 8:30 a.m. reservation, when there were plenty of seats available at 8 am.
