The room was amazing, so clean, the towels and pillows were heaven! Loved the lotions and body wash in the bathroom. Def felt like luxury vacation. We walked through lots of other casinos and this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest.

Check-in was easy (with the help of fantastic Receptionist). The room was superb - large, wonderful view and kept clean by the excellent staff. Would easily have enjoyed an even longer stay to have seen ALL the in-hotel attractions. Great hotel. Plenty to do

Honestly the building was beautiful and the customer service was great, but the toilet overflowed about 15 seconds into our arrival and flooded the floor, our luggage wasn’t brought up until like 1030pm, but other than that it was cool.

The room was a very nice suite with sunken living room. The resort added a resort fee which was unexpected. There are several nice restaurants at the hotel. I’m on a cane and this place required a lot of walking. The casino is okay but permits smoking and requires large minimum bets. Most of the black jack requires $50 to play. The staff is very nice and our check-in was smooth and the lady was super helpful.

We came to Vegas to see Wizard of Oz and The Venetian Resort was great choice. It is wonderful, elegant and comfortable. So much to do - everything I wanted was right there! We didn't have much contact with stuff so there is nothing to say. The hallway to our room was very smelly - I guess they had some kind of water trouble and used fans/dehumidifiers. I definitely would recommend this place :-)

The view from our room in the south tower had a spectacular view of the sphere. The property was very clean and is gorgeous. My only complaint was that it is two elevator rides and a long walk just to get to the lobby. Also, I had young children with me at they immediately touched the snacks which are on sensors. Although we didn’t partake in any of the snacks we were charged for several things bc they were picked up. I reported it and will hopefully be reimbursed for that.

Lovely hotel, we encountered several small maintenance issues and they were either resolved or addressed. Suite was spacious, and nicely furnished. Bathroom was also spacious and a good deep bath with separate shower.
