"For the price of the room kinda disappointed that there was a charge for parking and it seemed like you were being nickel and dimed for anything else. Most likely never staying here again. It is a beautiful hotel though, no doubt. Also was charged $50 for additional person when we had 2 Queen beds. Our daughter was traveling with us."

"Make sure to let your guests know if their room is next to the elevator. We started for two nights and could not sleep at all. Every 2 min, we heard the elevator going up and down and making a crazy noise that was pretty terrifying. Our neighboring room was banging to the wall and we had to call the front desk and they said they will send security up but they never did. "

"We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Allegiant Stadium. This will be the only reason we would go back here. Almost every staff member that we encountered was rude/no help. In fact, my daughter (18 years old) went to ask a question regarding check out and the employee put her hand up in my daughters face and told her that she's busy. We attempted to use the pool, it was so busy there were no chairs available, it was a Saturday so I get it but I was there for 2 years and was never asked for my order so I was unable to get a drink. It took about an hour to get food when we went to the little restaurant by the pool and that staff was also rude. We went to a different hotel to have brunch and Mon Ami Gabi on Sunday and everyone there was so friendly. As simple as me asking where I could locate the restaurant twice and both staff members were more than happy to explain to me how to get there. "
