"Shower head was awful, now you have to pay for parking and overall is not what it used to be."

"Poor elevator service. One family with 3 kids waiting over a hour for an elevator. We waited about 30 before deciding to take the stairs from the 6th floor but took them as far as they could go and there was not exit to outside or the Casino. We went back up to the 3rd floor and tried to catch it from there and still had to wait another 15 min before an elevator with room for the 2 of us came. How can the stairs not have an exit to outside ? Felt like we were trapped in the hotel."

"Not enough seats for the pool but was very nice. Kids and adults should be separated just because adults have beverages that are not kid friendly AT ALL. For safety, families should be separated. Just a thought. "
