"Our room was in the Versailles Tower with a balcony facing the Strip. The room was well appointed, but loud, which was expected facing the Strip. However it was also thumping until the small hours with the night club music vibrating the room from the Bottled Blonde. "

"No option for less than 1 star so giving 1 star. 1. Not easy to navigate to room, staff needs to provide paper with map. 2. Dirty and smelly rooms, can’t breath, dirty black carpet, dusty furniture, very noisy air conditioner. 3. Luggage staff asking for money to do his duty. Early morning check out was miserable, morning guy was arrogant to answer. 4. Drunk people and homeless people are frequently spotted in corners and elevators, not safe. Do not ever think to go with kids."

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Hotel is older and could use some updating but the location is excellent and the rooms are large and clean. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area."
