"While our stay was relatively good, few of our concerns were we were provided rooms in Versailles tower which was a 10 minutes walk from our room to the lobby. We weren’t informed about this while checking in, having older folks in the group, this was difficult walk every time. Secondly, the staff entered the room when asked to bring towels while one guest was changing. Highly inappropriate, when asked, he said he thought there was no one in the room when we had the room occupied tag on the door outside. "
