"Check in is a pain as there’s only one person trying to solve countless problems at check in. Rooms definitely need an update. No in room fridge, or coffee maker. It’s important after a night out, be able to have a cold drink or coffee in the morning before heading out or the world."

"Great rooms. But a bit far to get to them. Going up to elevators and walking along ways was not that great for my 85-year-old mother, but the hotel is awesome."

"The hotel has a decent ambience and a good overall vibe. Food and service were both satisfactory and enjoyable during my stay. However, my experience was seriously impacted by hygiene-related concerns. I developed multiple painful insect bites during my stay, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I reported the issue, but the response was not helpful or satisfactory, and no resolution was offered. Due to this experience, I would not stay here again and would choose other hotels on the Strip instead. As a frequent traveler, this was a very disappointing stay overall."
