"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"The Rufugio del Mar was a beautiful property. We stayed in building 2 which only had 7 units. They all had their own kitchen and bedroom/s. The staff were super friendly and the pool and gardens were immaculate. "Stayed at Riu Vallarta for 4 days as part of a 12 day trip in Puerto Vallarta (stayed at the Riu Jalisco for the other 8 days). Vallarta is a step up from the Jalisco in almost every way.
